Weight Loss Tipsy Bitsy

Loosing weight is not an easy game. Only the ones who amass all that fat over the years and succeed in loosing it really know how tough life is!! It all started when I was in college. In the young josh I started going to Gym for close to 2 years.. gaining muscle everywhere (Not There!!) and life was good.... UNTIL I realized I needed to put in more effort to improve my average in my final years of Engineering. So I had to stop Gymming and people told me, that I will gain fat pretty quickly if I stop abruptly... Gain mass it did and how... so slow and steady just like our global warming UNTIL one fine day I looked at myself in the mirror and it did crack... My stomach had bulged like a baseball and my face was the size of football... I guess the amount of fat in my body could be converted into cheese which can suffice a Pizza Hut outlet's need for one whole day. I didn't bother much UNTIL people made me realize I was really at the obese side... Its true really that men and women actually think they are much smart and gorgeous than they are in real. My weight a healthy 82 kg for a guy who's only 5'4" - 5'5" during end of 2007.. Even though I knew I had to reduce, I just didn't give it a try UNTIL one fine day I found my inspiration.. Inspiration can make people climb mountains and swim the English channel.. All I needed for loosing weight was to be inspired by a human being who'd achieved what I desired at the bottom of my heart.. One who had lost weight and was being noticed by people!! I consulted some of my friends and they said running is the best exercise for giving your body an overall workout to every muscle (Except That!) I started to run and somehow I enjoyed it.. My run included a continuous slow jogging for around 30 minutes a day UNTIL I was told its good to take short breaks between the runs, but somehow I never felt like stopping in the middle... Initially the results are obtained in a short while and you can clearly make out that you've lost weight.. I did it for 6 months at a stretch and the results were there to see.. I had lost around 7 kgs and now tipped the scale at 75Kgs.. Still 10 kg more than ideal.. UNTIL I got an onsite offer for 3 months which would change my life.. I decided to try what I believe is an excellent product from Amway, Positrim.. Since my onsite stay was for 3 months and Positrim's meal replacement also called for a 3 months meal replacement (one meal to be replaced by Positrim shake in a day).. I tried it out and was hoping it was doing its work. OK.. for those of u who dont know what it is.. Its a sachet having some powder. U need to mix it with water and have it instead of a meal. I know its hard to believe but I I really felt full once I had the shake everyday. hoping I was cause I had stopped jogging in Germany.. Instead I employed a clever technique to naturally burn fat. The temperatures there was ranging anywhere from 0 - 10 any day. I made sure I never wore any sweaters no matter what.. Even in Austria Ice Caves, I entered the cave having 0 deg C without any sweater and people did look at me like an alien from outer world.. Sometimes Old Germans padding me and asking if I am not feeling cold... OK. I did this since I felt if I expose my body to cold, it will burn up fat while regulating my body temperature to 37 deg C.. At the end of 3 months I weighed 69Kgs in Oct 08 and was delighted to see the results.. Once I landed back in India I gained very quickly in the first 15 days UNTIL I started to run again cause the last thing I wanted was to get back that fatty matter into my body. Right now I weigh 68kgs still 3-4 kg to go but am happy with my current state. One important thing.. I did all these without any strict dieting.. I only make a point to avoid stuff's having too much oil. Will let u know once I loose those last remaining yucky stuff.... UNTIL then.. watch this space!!!
